The Challenge
Hispanic Heritage Month often remains segmented by individual companies. We wanted to break silos and unite Austin’s diverse Latino professionals under one roof.
The Approach
We adopted the theme "Conectados". I coordinated with representatives from ~20 diverse organizations (from tech and airlines to manufacturing and consulting) to create a unified capstone event focused on service and culture.
The Result
A high-energy event featuring 6 non-profit partners and cultural performances. We assembled study bags for Austin Achieve, care packages for Casa Marianella, and 500+ snack packs for Latinitas, proving that our culture is our strength.
